APPLICATION:
Mix: 1 + 2. Mix exclusively with Oxibel Activating Cream.
Apply with a paddle, preferably on unwashed hair, starting with the areas where it is convenient to clarify more.
Apply the dye liberally to the hair for maximum effectiveness.
